Katy Hamilton, LMHC

As a licensed mental health therapist for over 20 years I have been privileged to work with people making the decision to engage in therapy for a variety of deeply personal reasons.  I know how important it is to hear each person's story and work with them to identify their goals and articulate what they are looking for from the counseling experience. Therapy can feel challenging and that can be a positive thing! My role is to create a knowledgeable, compassionate and individualized setting that provides guidance with easing stress, resolving issues and concerns, learning coping skills and achieving personal growth.
